After the arrival of her daughter in 2018, Evergreen Founder and CEO Emily Groden found herself in need of a new go-to meal – one that was simple, delicious, and truly nourishing. Several years and hundreds of recipes later, Emily successfully combined flavor, protein, fiber, and a serving of fruits and vegetables into a frozen waffle. She founded the business in 2020 with the goal of making busy mornings easier, one waffle at a time.
